This will help us determine availability and provide you with the most accurate information. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Availability & Pricing: Availability will vary based on the day, season (peak or non-peak), and the type of court requested (volleyball or full-size NBA basketball court). Completing this form thoroughly allows us to promptly check availability and get back to you with accurate details. Deposit Requirements: A 25% deposit is required for all event rentals and multiple court rental dates at time of booking. No dates will be held until your deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your reservation. Payment Policies: All payments must be made in full by the rental date and before the event starts. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a processing fee and can be made online. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the rental date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days prior to the event will be charged the full rental amount. Arrival & Usage Rules: Please do not arrive early, as we may have rentals scheduled before and after your time slot. All children must remain within the proximity of your rented court and are not permitted to roam or use other courts. Additional Fees: Use of Courts 4 Sports Equipment such as balls, may incur an additional fee.
